Founded in 1986 and run with an all-volunteer staff, the non-profit 501c3 "VAF" (Fed. ID# 33-107-0340) supports quality visual arts programming with five scheduled activities for this coming school year:

• Fundraiser at The Pearl on Thursday, January 22, 2009.
  

• BestFest America's 48 Hours of Madness    School Team Competition in April 2009
  

• 11th Annual BestFest America Student Film Festival in November 2009
  

     Plus, ongoing mentorships to students, teachers and schools.

America's largest student film festival is open to high school and college students WORLDWIDE!
